![]() ![]() They talk about a Microsoft Office Account set up when first installing and refer to non-existent information in Office 2016 products, etc. I just had a look at the on-line Microsoft advisory guides for this I tried them and they are worse than useless. I have been provided with a newer iMac (only 7 years old) that runs the latest OSX upgrade from Apple I want to reinstall Office-for-Mac on this system. My system can no longer use the latest Apple version of OSX. The eventual fix was for Microsoft to install a new copy and reset my Microsoft Account. About a month ago after having to replace a hard disc on my 10 year old iMac I had major Authorisation problems for several weeks with Office-for-Mac 2016 Home & Business.
